REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Wear it, love it, or get your money back! Our refund policy has got you covered. 


Here’s how you know if you’re eligible for a refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item(s) must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You can request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution.

For Cancelled Orders:

If the Order Has Not Been Dispatched - If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund for you.

If the Order Has Been Dispatched - Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible. Please decline delivery upon arrival. Once the order is returned to us, we'll promptly process a full refund for you.

Please note that some of the orders ship almost immediately and may not be canceled. In such a case, refuse the package upon delivery and a refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout. 

If you want to make any changes to the order details, including size, color, or shipping address after an order is placed, we recommend canceling your existing order and placing a new order with the correct details.

How will refunds be processed?

All refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the goods. Once we've carefully inspected the return/exchanged items, the refund shall reflect in your original mode of payment in case of prepaid orders or provided bank account if COD.

Are there any non-refundable items?

Gift cards and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-refundable.
