At Bottoms.love, we don't just sell bottom wear for women; we craft connections. From the moment you slip into one of our premium creations, you become part of our family and we strive to make this an enjoyable shopping experience for you.

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, we’ll make your return/exchange process as smooth as possible. Read on to learn more about our policies.

Hassle-free Returns

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Ensure that the product has original tags and the packaging bag is intact.

Exchange Options

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase. Let us know what you'd like to exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Log into your Bottoms.love account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to select
  • If required, specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on the submit button
  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side at the earliest
  • Article should be kept packed with tags intact for return to be facilitated. Damaged/ Untagged garments will not be accepted for return

How to Initiate an Exchange 

  • Log into your Bottoms.love account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on ‘Exchange’ against the item you wish to select
  • Select a reason why you want to exchange the product
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on the submit button
  • You will receive a confirmation for the exchange initiated
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side at the earliest
  • Article should be kept packed with tags intact for exchange to be facilitated. Damaged/ Untagged garments will not be accepted for exchange
  • For multiple item exchanges, each item needs to have a separate request selecting preferred size and color

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. No refund will be made in case the product does not meet our criteria. 

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification of the issue.

Terms and Conditions

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged
  • If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price
  • We do not offer a Return/Exchange policy on Exchange orders so kindly make your size or color selection with care during your initial exchange
  • Window for Return/Exchange will close after 7 days. We regret that a request post cannot be raised.
