At Bottoms.love, we use reliable courier companies like EcomExpress, DTDC, Ekart, BlueDart, Delhivery to ship products that are fully insured. We shall notify you when your item ships and provide you with a tracking number for the appropriate carrier.

We offer Cash on delivery (COD) for most pincodes. For such orders, the courier partner will call you before delivery to facilitate payment before receiving the package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can call them back and arrange a new time slot on the website.

Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to dispatch from our warehouse and reach your door! 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

We’ve all been there! Fear not, our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a smooth and quick delivery.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery progress. 

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 2 days of delivery through the Contact Us page on the website.
